Thereafter, to return footwear for an exchange or refund, simply post your unused goods to Dimario within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of purchase to:

For your protection, we recommend that you use registered mail. Goods must be in their original condition, in the original shoebox and should include a copy of the original receipt.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
