Refunds and Returns

All Dimario footwear and accessories are hand-crafted in Italy to the highest quality standards and each item undergoes rigorous scrutiny during each step of the manufacturing and supply chain to ensure it meets our expectations of excellence.

To help us provide the highest level of customer service to you and for us to best understand the nature of the complaint, please could you first contact us personally before returning any goods. The contact details are (08) 9380 9230 or via email at info@dimario.com.au.

Thereafter, to return footwear for an exchange or refund, simply post your unused goods to Dimario within FOURTEEN (14) days from the date of purchase to:
Dimario Italian Shoes – 391 Hay Street Subiaco WA 6008.

For your protection, we recommend that you use registered mail. Goods must be in their original condition, in the original shoebox and should include a copy of the original receipt.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet,

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@dimario.com.au.
SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or clearance items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@dimario.com.au and send your item to:

We always strive to deliver superior personalised service matched by the world’s best-handcrafted leather footwear and accessories.  At all times, we aim to meet our customers’ expectations but regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on items where customers have simply changed their minds. We are only able to offer refunds or exchanges on faulty goods.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
